In the case of an undisputed debt we can undertake all necessary work for you on the basis that if we successfully recover the debt then we will recover our charges from the debtor and there will be no cost to you whatsoever.

If we do not recover the debt then, no matter how much work we have done, we will restrict the charge which you pay to an administration fee of £100 plus VAT.

In the case of a disputed debt which may require the claim to be pursued in the County Court then, if the claim is for less than £5,000, we will undertake the work at a fixed fee of £500 plus VAT plus the Court fees (which vary depending on the amount of the claim). That way you will know in advance exactly what your legal fees would be at the outset because when a claim is for less than £5,000 we cannot be ordered to pay the other sides' legal costs even if you lose.

This fee will include all necessary preparation of the case documentation, to include the court papers and statements, together with representation at the small claims hearing.
