Thank you for all your help and expedience in doing the conveyancing for us. We have received the Land Registry documents now.

We have now sorted the drains problem, for which we retained part of the money destined for the seller. We are still in the process of assembling a set of invoices, which we will then send to you so that you can release the money, some to us for invoices paid, and some to the seller.

Lastly, thank you for sending the house deeds and other paperwork to your Dodworth office. We will collect them from there.
